What is Winter ARC?
Winter ARC is your guide to staying resilient, grounded, and energized through the colder months. This seasonal program is designed to nurture inner warmth, build resilience, and prepare the body and mind for winter’s unique health challenges. Winter can bring lower energy and specific physical and emotional shifts, but it also opens a window for renewal, rest, and deeper self-care.
ARC stands for Awareness, Routine, and Commitment—the building blocks of a strong foundation. Winter ARC helps you put your head down, establish healthy habits, and gain momentum. For some, it’s about getting up early, making healthier choices, or staying active and mindful. Winter ARC gives you the tools to embrace winter with intention.

The goal of the program:
The Winter ARC Program helps you establish sustainable habits, long before the pressures of the new year kick in. You’ll build a solid foundation with wellness practices that balance both physical and mental health. By the end of the program, you’ll feel prepared and confident to enter the new year already rooted in routines that promote resilience and vitality, ready to face the colder months with ease.
This 3-month program includes comprehensive resources, activities, and support to help you create lasting change. Choose between two options, Basic and Advanced, based on your needs.
Basic Plan Includes:
💫 Mindful Eating Workshop
💫 3 Months of Meal Plans
💫 Goal-setting sheets, food logs, habit trackers, and monthly reflections
Advanced Plan Includes:
💫 Initial Consultation—a deep dive into your health history with a customized protocol (supplement, lifestyle, and diet recommendations based on your needs)
💫 Weekly Check-Ins (20 minutes)
💫 3 Months of Meal Plans
💫 Mindful Eating Workshop
💫 Goal-setting sheets, food journals, habit trackers, and monthly reflections
💫 1 Workout per month at the Well BYND Studio
